Hotel is close to the city center, S-Bahn station nearby, great room with stocked minibar, microwave, safe, complete single kitchen, reception staffed 24 hours, staff very friendly and accommodating. You walk over a red carpet to get to the apartment. Breakfast buffet.

I booked 5 rooms here for my birthday for my friends and acquaintances, and although things kept changing, they fulfilled all my wishes (with/without child, crib, etc). Thank you very much for that. The rooms are great, price/performance ratio also - some rooms even have a small kitchenette. The rooms are very quiet because they're in the second courtyard. Location was ideal for me because I live just around the corner. Would gladly come again. Super hotel!

A perfect stay to my taste. Very quiet but still in the heart of Prenzlauer berg which is my favorite part to stay in when I visit Berlin with lots of restaurants and cosy bars. Beside the very quiet room situated in a very nice back yard the bed was excellent which not always is the case in Berlin. The bathroom was in perfect nick as well. I should point out that I didn't much else in the hotel beside sleeping and having a couple of showers but for me the stay was perfect. I'm likely to stay at this hotel again next time in Berlin.

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. Departure should be by 11:00 AM.

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Depending on your reservation's terms and conditions, you may modify or cancel your booking. Please navigate to the "Modify/Cancel" section in the booking interface and follow the instructions.
Do you have parking facilities?
You can briefly stop in front of the hotel to load or unload luggage.
1. A public underground garage is approximately 600 meters from the hotel. The daily rate is 17.00 EUR. Address: CONTIPARK Tiefgarage Kulturbrauerei, Sredzkistraße 1, 10435 Berlin.
2.Around the hotel, there are public street parking spaces available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM, at 2 EUR per hour. (Sundays and public holidays are free of charge). Payment can be made with coins at the machines or via parking apps like easypark, parknow, etc.
3. We have a limited number of rented parking spaces in the neighboring building for 25.00 EUR per night. These spaces are accessible via a car lift. Reservation is required.
Do I need a green environmental sticker for my car in Berlin?
You must have a green environmental sticker to drive or park in Berlin's city center. If you don't have one, please consult your workshop. Otherwise, a hefty fine may be imposed.
Do all rooms have a balcony?
All categories except the Comfort category have a balcony.
Are there air conditioners in the rooms?
We are an eco-friendly hotel and have consciously decided against installing air conditioners.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. The only exception is for guide dogs.
Are the rooms suitable for allergy sufferers?
All our rooms are carpeted; however, our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers.
Do you have quiet rooms?
All rooms are quietly located facing the inner courtyard.
Is there a refrigerator or kettle in the room?
All rooms, except the Comfort category, have a refrigerator and kettle.
Do you offer lactose/gluten-free products for breakfast?
While you will find some suitable items, we generally do not offer lactose- or gluten-free products due to low demand. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own, which we can store and serve for you.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the building and rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
