The new urban district on the old Wertheim area includes the urban gap between Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße and offers a mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, hotel, offices and residential area. The “Mall of Berlin” was opened in September 2014 and accommodates approximately 270 businesses on four floors.
